Swimmers should be at the pool 15 minutes before training commences. This is important for the social side of the sport and for a proper warm up.

 

 

Sessions available for each squad

All swimmers NEED to be at the pool 15 minutes Before training as we stretch/ warm up and talk. This is a critical part of the social side of swimming and greatly helps the coaches with the running of squads! All swimmers need their own flippers, drink bottle and goggles. They must take them to the end of the pool every session.

 

Juniors                6 – 7.15pm                        Tuesday

Nb. For more developed junior state swimmers 2 morning sessions are available to swim with the senior squad and be coached by our senior squad. Monday 5.30 – 7am and Friday 5.30 – 7am. All morning sessions must be booked with the head coach the night before at the latest! If this is not done there may be no coach on pool deck.
